Access enforced at the database
Every record is gated by row-level security in the database itself — not just hidden in the UI. A manager can only ever see or act on the employees they're assigned to.

Append-only audit trail
Every sent coaching note and every exception is written to an audit log that cannot be edited or deleted by anyone — a defensible record for HR and reviews.

Coaching is generated on our servers. AI keys never touch the browser, and the model only ever sees the data needed to draft a note.
